Started 8.15am. Ate breakfast alone, the nones and the chaplain were at church.
Pretty easy path. Had thought about eating lunch at a place that turned out to be closed on wednesdaysl. Ate two small breads I had since Montoncel.
Went lost maybe 2-3 km before Col du Beal. A little rain and some fog today but when I arrived I could see the Loire valley on one side and old volcanos on the other. Cool.
Had to wait for the hostel’s manager for three hours. It was cold, I had to take out my sleeping bag on me.
Nice manager. We drank a beer and she told me about her job and the neighborhood while she prepared my dinner. I’m alone here too. Nice.
Beautiful with all the lights in the valleys in the evening. And the stars are shinning so bright!
