Fonsagrada

No breakfast, everything was closed. But after a few kilometers there was a small café/shop along the road where everyone stopped. We got a big cheese sandwich and coffee.

Then a steep ascent to the border with Galicia. There was also a café with a grumpy old man who served sandwiches, beer and other goodies for lunch.

When we got there, Jan was standing at the bar. Wonderful to meet her again.

After lunch it was very cold. We took a break at a small chapel with some German women we had met earlier. The last hill before Fonsagrada was terrible. I found a stick when we got to the top.

The hotel was very nice. I went out with Jan and had a beer. Then shower and rest and try to get warm again.

Later we went to dinner with Jan. Then we took a patcharan in the bar under the restaurant. It seemed the whole village was there. Very lively.
