At a quarter to eight we were on our way. Nice hike. Fairly tough ascents. Lots of shade except for the last few kilometers. I like the paths in the woods or among meadows and fields. We stopped at a nice spring. Someone had told us that you got good, cold water there.
We took a patcharan down town before dinner. A funny Portuguese joined us.
The Auto Bar hotel is a funny place. An elderly woman with an office in one corner of the dining room presides over some confused employees. They didn’t ask what we wanted to eat, it was just one menu.
