Started early, at 7amLinda took the train. Hot today but I walked mostly in the forest and it was pleasant.
Had planned to have lunch at a restaurant halfway, but it was closed. No lunch.
Met two pilgrims from Belgium on their way to Vezelay.
The last kilometers were difficult. It was very hot and a long, hard hill upp to the village.
The beer I ordered when I arrived tasted really good!
It was wonderful to sit on the balcony of the hotel room at night. We could at last enjoy it was warm.
